'Mastering Menopause' Workshop

What does the workshop involve?

The 'Mastering Menopause' workshop aims to educate pre and post-menopausal women on the changes that occur during menopause.

These concerns include, but are not limited to, leaking when you cough or sneeze, urinary urgency, prolapse, and pain with intercourse.

Each ticket will put you in the draw to win a lucky door prize voucher, entitling you to 50% off your initial women's health physio consultation with Brigitte.

Light food and beverages will be provided, and there will be many opportunities to ask Brigitte questions.

What does it cost?

Tickets to the 'Mastering Menopause' workshop cost $10 each.
