DR NAHEED KANJI
Naheed completed her Medical Doctorate in Georgia, USA in 2013 and her residency and board certification in family medicine at Emory University in Georgia in 2016. She became a fellow of RACGP in 2018 and holds medical licenses in both the United States and Australia.
Naheed is passionate about empowering patients to prevent disease. She focuses on patient education and practices that help to maintain good health. She worked extensively in cancer prevention at the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, a US public health agency, prior to beginning medical school. Naheed also has research interests in skin cancer screening, cancer prevention, infectious diseases, and preventative medicine and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
Naheed is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and has conversational Spanish. Naheed is married with one daughter and loves to spend time with her family, walking, and international travel.
