Julia is a compassionate and dedicated clinical psychologist who brings a warm and thoughtful approach to therapy. She has worked with adults and young people across various psychological, psychotherapeutic, and psychiatric settings, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.
Drawing on a psychodynamic framework, Julia focuses on understanding the unconscious conflicts that shape emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. By exploring past experiences and current difficulties in a collaborative way, she helps clients develop deeper insight into how their symptoms and relationship dynamics are connected to their personal history.
Julia works with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, psychosomatic disorders, sexual and relationship challenges, and personality disorders. She values creating a safe, empathetic, and trusting space where clients feel comfortable addressing any topic.
Fluent in both German and English, Julia is happy to provide therapy in either language, ensuring clients feel supported in a way that feels most natural to them.
