Kassandra Sarll has worked across a variety of private and organisational settings since 2011 and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Australian National University in 2014. Kass is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Kass enjoys working collaboratively with adults of all ages. Her practice is evidence-based and informed by Dialectical behaviour therapy, Compassion focused therapy, and Mindfulness.
Through her work, Kass seeks to empower individuals to engage in reflective thinking to tap into their own capabilities. She enjoys supporting her clients to establish a more compassionate relationship with themselves and has a particular interest in guiding young women to find their inner confidence so they are better equipped to assert themselves in their relationships, families and careers.
In addition to her clinical work, Kass has also practiced organisational psychology in a corporate setting in New York City. Through this work she has come to better understand the challenges people face in their lives and in the workplace, and is confident coaching individuals to be more effective in all aspects of their working and personal lives.
Kass is a warm, supportive and approachable practitioner. She understands that navigating personal challenges can be difficult and endeavours to create a nurturing, non-judgmental and respectful environment which supports her clients to effectively engage in therapy.
