Kate completed her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. She has experience working with a broad range of presentations. Her practice is informed by Cognitive and Dialectical Behaviour therapies as well as family therapy approaches.
Kate's approach is warm, practical and evidence-based. She believes therapy should be collaborative and provide insight and practical strategies to help people achieve their goals. Her approach aims to develop strategies that help everyone feel more in control of their emotions and behaviour.
Kate has a special interest in working with families, including children, adolescents and new parents.
