Initial consultation (45 mins) - $150
Follow up consultation (45 mins) - $150
Follow up consultation (30 mins) - $110


Cancellation Policy

It is important that we receive at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation of or change to your appointment. This is because your session time is reserved for you and cannot be offered to anyone else unless sufficient time is provided to us.

Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment we cannot extend it. This ensures that we remain on time for the next appointment. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.

Should you fail to attend an appointment or are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, a cancellation fee of $40 per 15 minute appointment slot will be charged to your account and you will be required to pay your cancellation before making another appointment at Double Bay Doctors.


Payment Options

Double Bay Doctors does not accept payments by Cash.

Payment following your consultation can be made using EFTPOS (savings/cheque accounts) and most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to supply your credit/debit card details (either VISA or Mastercard) to confirm your appointment. 

Payment surcharges equal to the cost of acceptance apply.

A surcharge of 0.7% applies to Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards, 1.4% for all other credit cards and 1.4% for all automated ecommerce transactions (when you do not physically use your card to pay for your consultation). 

No surcharge applies to EFTPOS transactions made using your savings or cheque account.

Please note that a 1.4% payment surcharge applies to all Telehealth appointments as telehealth appointments are processed through an ecommerce facility.
