Cancelling your Appointment
If you’re unable to cancel your appointment online because it is within the late cancellation fee window, please email info@doublebaydoctors.com and we will do our best to fill your appointment with a patient from our waiting list.

We endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 business hours. Emails that require input from a nurse or doctor may take up to 5 business days to be actioned.
