Cancelling your appointment online
Need to cancel? The easiest way is via the AMS Connect App. You can also cancel via our website:
1. Click the Book Online Now button above
2. Select 'Manage My Appointments' in the top right-hand corner
3. Enter your details to log in
4. If your appointment is outside the cancellation window, you'll see the option to cancel
5. If your appointment is within the cancellation window, the cancellation option will be disabled - please call us during business hours instead
Please note: we do not accept cancellations via email.
Urgent appointments
We understand that sometimes special circumstances may arise where you require an appointment sooner than one is available online. If you feel that your circumstances warrant special treatment, please contact our reception team on (02) 9328 3100.
