Cancelling your Appointment
If you’re unable to cancel your appointment online because it is within the late cancellation fee window, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fill your appointment with a patient from our waiting list.
We endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 business hours. Emails that require input from a nurse or doctor may take up to 5 business days to be actioned.
If you are enquiring about your results, or require a repeat script or referral, please refer to our results, repeat scripts or referral policies webpage for more information.
Please note that our reception team are unable to provide you with a copy of your test results via email. Please refer to our results and recalls webpage for more information.
