Cancelling your Appointment
If you’re unable to cancel your appointment online because it is within the late cancellation fee window, please email and we will do our best to fill your appointment with a patient from our waiting list.

We endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 business hours. Emails that require input from a nurse or doctor may take up to 5 business days to be actioned.

If you are enquiring about your results, or require a repeat script or referral, please refer to our results, repeat scripts or referral policies webpage for more information.

Please note that our reception team are unable to provide you with a copy of your test results via email. Please refer to our results and recalls webpage for more information.
