MANDI JACOBSON

Clinical Psychologist

Mandi Jacobson completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of New South Wales in 2009. In 2012, she graduated with a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wollongong.

Mandi has many years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist, treating clients throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.

Mandi has a compassionate and collaborative approach to her practice. She employs evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to work with client's to meet individual goals.

Mandi particularly enjoys working through challenging situations which cause stress and anxiety such as loss, difficult work/life balance, adjustment to parenthood, and relationship breakdown.

Mandi is a keen yogi, having completed two teacher training courses over the few years and enjoys time at the beach when not at work.


Treatment Approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy.
