Sally is a Clinical Psychologist with experience across private practice, inpatient hospitals, and complex forensic and community mental health settings throughout NSW. Prior to retraining in psychology, she worked in the financial services sector in Sydney.
Sally works with adults and young people experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges. She is committed to building a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship - one where clients feel safe to explore difficulties and work towards meaningful change, at their own pace and without judgement.
Her approach integrates a range of evidence-based therapies, tailored to each client's individual goals and circumstances.
Sally completed her Master of Clinical Psychology with Distinction and has published research in the area of mental health recovery. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists (FCCLP), a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (MACPA), and a Board Approved Supervisor.
Treatment Approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI).
